​How do I

place an order?

-Once all desired items and quantities have been selected you can proceed to your cart.

-Select the country you ordering from, this will give you the correct shipping fees. If you are ordering for the UK you will be given 2 options of shipping, standard or first class.

- You will then choose the payment method you wish to use to amke your purchase. You are able to pay via Debit/Credit card and Paypal.

-The next step you will enter the address you wish your order to be delivered too. 

Any special notes or instructions will be added before confirming your order and completing payment.

Payment

Payment

-Payment is due by any of the methods described on website at the date you place your order.

-Goods will not be shipped until payment is cleared by our payments providers.

 

Shipping

-We will deliver the goods to the address you provide on the order form.

-Any delivery date we give is an estimate.

-Unless these conditions state otherwise, we are not liable for any loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery.

-If we can't deliver the goods because you won't accept delivery, you haven't provided the correct address, or no one is available to accept delivery, then all risks in the goods will pass to you. the goods will be deemed to have been delivered and we may store the goods until we can re-deliver them and you liable for any costs arising from this.

Non Delivery

-We shall not be liable for any proven non delivery unless you report it within 7 days of the date the goods should have arrived

-Our liability for non delivery is limited to replacing the goods within a reasonable time, or refunding the price you paid for the goods at the time they were purchased.

You have the option of paying by Debit or Credit. We also give the option of payment via Paypal. All methods are secure and protected methods of payment.

Returns

Refunds

You are able to return any unwanted goods within 14 days of the goods being received. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. We will however exchange damaged returns and resend without further charge.

Returns are usually processed within a few days of us receiving the goods back. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to show on your account. Sorry if it seems be a bit of a long turn around but the time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer. We'll refund you by the same method as payment (e.g the same card).

If we by mistake have sent you the wrong item we will of course cover the return charges and have the correct item sent to you as soon as possible.
